Boualem Khoukhi is an Algerian professional footballer who currently plays as a forward for the Qatar Stars League club Al Sadd SC. He was born on March 16, 1988, in Algerian city of Annaba.

Khoukhi started his career at the youth academy of his hometown team, Annaba AC. He made his debut with the senior team in 2007 and quickly established himself as one of the most promising young players in Algeria. In 2012, he moved to France and played for several clubs including Ligue 2 side AS Nancy before joining Al Sadd SC in 2014.
